If you place your order within our working hours and not later than 4 pm, then you should have your order within 2hrs. Otherwise for orders placed past this time will be processed the following day. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed the following day. Orders to sent outside Nairobi should basically take not more than 12hours. Can I pay upon delivery? Yes, you can, provided you are within Nairobi. Orders outside Nairobi are paid for before dispatch. Do you have a returns policy? Yes, we do.
