Placing an order is very simple. Simply select a product(s) you wish to purchase and add to your cart. If you are done, simply go to your cart and proceed to check out. Enter your details (and billing info as well) and place your order. You can choose to make payment immediately M-pesa or pay upon delivery.

If you place your order within our working hours and not later than 4 pm, then you should have your order within 2hrs. Otherwise for orders placed past this time will be processed the following day. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed the following day.

Orders to sent outside Nairobi should basically take not more than 12hours.

We currently accept only M-pesa and cash payments. For bulk orders, you may pa via cheques or direct bank deposit but the delivery will be initiated as soon as the payment has been ascertained by our team.

For M-pesa and Cash payments, you can pay upon delivery if you are within Nairobi. For orders outside Nairobi, you must pay before dispatch.

Definitely! our warranties run from between 6-12 months depending on the products.
